When returning unopened bottles, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase only. After receiving the returned items in undamaged condition, we will proceed with the full refund. Return the unopened bottles, along with the shipping packing slip, to the designated return address. Once we receive the unopened bottles with the shipping packing slip, the refund will be processed accordingly.
